Nathalie Germain serves our Real Estate Agent Partner. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker with Kale Realty. Nathalie is also the President of Guardian Management and Property Investments, our sister company www.guardianmpi.com.  With 10 years of experience in project management and process improvement in the non-profit, healthcare, and real estate sector, Mrs. Germain manages the real estate portfolio for Guardian.   At Guardian, Nathalie is responsible for sourcing real estate investments, performing financial analysis, and closing real estate transactions. She is also responsible for the overall management of the real estate portfolio. This includes budgeting, reporting, construction management, leasing, and property management.  She assembled the team of experienced partners when she realized people needed a one-stop-shop for real estate needs. She wants customers to get the best service and be 100% comfortable throughout the entire process.  To do that, she brought the best in the business under one roof!
